In this class we will make Tzatziki and Gyros Including the Pita wrap from scratch. Make your own Greek Gyros at home people will stalk you for. It isnt that hard and we have some local farmers and stores to provide you with the lamb. Tabouli & Hummus and Stuffed Grape leaves will also be on the menu. Mediterranean dishes are healthy and an escape from hum drum cooking. Hands-on cooking. Please register at least 24 hours in advance.
