Mediterranean Dishes Thur June 1st 6-9

In this class we will make Tzatziki and Gyros Including the wrap from scratch. Make your own Greek Gyros at home people will stalk you for. It isn't that hard and we have some local farmers to provide you with the lamb. Tabouli & Hummus and Stuffed Grape leaves will also be on the menu. Mediterranean dishes are healthy and an escape from hum drum cooking. Hands-on cooking!
