VB6 (Vegan Before 6)

Based on Book by Mark Bittman. I am not a vegan…not even a vegetarian. I can see the health benefits of eating that way, but I am not giving up my meat or dairy. In this class we will explore the option of being a “Flexitarian” .  I can partially eat like a vegan as long as I know I can have my meat later that day. We will make some foods and plan out a way to make this concept a reality in your life. Lose weight, improve your health and be reasonable in our approach to this. No more “diets”, they rarely work for very long. We can do this!!!
